By downloading or using DreamKnock (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These terms work alongside Apple's standard Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of the App purchased through the App Store.
All billing for the subscription is handled by Apple under your Apple ID. DreamKnock does not see or store your payment information. Refunds are governed by Apple's refund policy; request them through reportaproblem.apple.com. Partial refunds or credits for unused time are not issued by us directly.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple Watch devices you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple's App Store terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted here.
You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App, or to use it for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for keeping your Apple Watch charged and for starting sleep sessions as intended.
DreamKnock is a wellness and entertainment tool designed to support interest in lucid dreaming. It is not a medical device, is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and does not provide medical advice. It infers sleep stages from heart rate and motion using on-device heuristics that may be inaccurate. Do not rely on it for medical or safety-critical decisions. If you have a sleep disorder, heart condition, or other health concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that dream cues, REM detection, or lucid dreaming will occur or be effective for any user.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including any loss of data or sleep-related outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the preceding twelve months.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes to subscription pricing or terms will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following notice (for pricing changes, Apple's standard subscription price-change notice applies and you may decline). Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
